Bunch provides an automated ISO 27001 pre-audit documentation support tool. The Service is intended to help organize and assess documentation readiness.

The Service does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, certification, or guarantee of compliance outcome.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and content. You grant Bunch a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service.

4. Fees and Payments

Certain exports require a one-time payment per report. Fees are shown at checkout and charged via the configured payment provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or security-harming activities, or upload content you do not have rights to process.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunch disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
